Beetroot & Cashew dip

This 5 ingredient dip is delicious, high nutritional value and SO easy to create and modify!


Ingredients:

  • 3-5 small to medium beetroots (diced and boiled)

  • 4 tbsp cashews (soaked for 20 minutes in water)

  • 1 clove Garlic finely chopped

  • 2 springs Cilantro (1 to blend, 1 to garnish)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt


Step 1: Diced and boil the beetroot with a sprinkle of pink salt. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Soak cashews in water for 20-ish minutes, once they expand and absorb lots of water they are ready

Step 3: Add all ingredients to food processor or use a hand blender. Blend until smooth consistency

Step 4: Garnish with cilantro & serve with Top Seedz Gourmet Seed Crackers.
