Matcha protein balls

The perfect energy boost & green treat ☘
Ingredients:
Oats 1/2 cup Bobs Mill's Gluten
Dates: 10 pitted dates
Matcha: 2 tsp Matcha Love culinary grade matcha
Protein: 2 scoops Sunwarrior vegan protein powder
Nut butter: 2 tbsp [I used Fix and Fogg Cashew & Maple Almond Butter]
Sweetener: Date syrup (or agave)

Step 1: Place dates in warm water to soften for 15 mins (if pitted, this will help with removing the pit!)
Step 2: In a blender, add dates, date syrup and nut butter
Step 3: Dry mix: Blend oats, protein powder & matcha into a dry powder
Step 4: Combine wet & dry mix using blender
Step 5: Roll mixture into bite size balls.
Step 6: Leave to rest/breathe at room temperature for 1 hour & Enjoy! :)
