🌰 No-bake date & protein balls

Easy to make, easier to eat!


Ingredients:

  • Dates: 10 -12 pitted dates

  • Nuts/Seeds: Assorted mix (I used almonds, sunflower & pumpkin seeds & hemp hearts)

  • Protein: 2 tbsp Sun Warrior chocolate protein powder

  • Nut butter: Almond or Hazlenut butter are my faves

  • Sweetener: I used agave but honey and date syrup also work great

  • Optional toppings: Desiccated coconut & blended nuts/seed mix



Step 1: Place dates in warm water to soften for 15 mins (if pitted, this will help with removing the pit!)

Step 2: In a blender, add dates, nut butter + some sweetener

Step 3: Dry mix: Blend oats, protein powder, hemp hearts & seed mix into a dry powder (set aside some dry mix for rolling date balls later)

Step 4: Combine wet & dry mix using blender

Step 5: Roll mixture into bite size balls. Roll in dry mix + desiccated coconut mix set aside earlier :)

Step 6: Refrigerate for 1 hour & Enjoy!
