Olivia is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with continued education in yin yoga, trauma-informed yoga and sculpt.  

​

Olivia began her yogic journey over 15 years ago in her home country Ireland, and fell in love with everything that it embodied. She is devoted to learning and sharing her passion, knowledge and inspiration with others.

 

Expect creative flows, moments of stillness and deep learning, accompanied by an enchanting playlist during her classes.​​


Olivia is currently teaching at Sweat Yoga and Red Diamond Yoga, Los Angeles.
